The Dexter 5-101 Spindle Tang Washer is a D-shaped washer designed for use with older style EZ-Lube spindles with flat-sided spindles using a 1"-14 style castle nut and can be used with 4 to 8 lug hub or drum applications. Simply use in conjunction with castle spindle nut, set bearing pre-load and bend tang in between castle nut spacings. It ensures a secure fit and proper bearing preload.
Typically used on older style 1000 lbs. to 8000 lbs. capacity trailer axles.
